MEET EVA
 
Hi there!

I’m Evangelia Theodorou (but you can call me Eva), and I’m here to help you thrive!

​

As a certified and passionate Nutritional Therapist and Body Healing Coach, my mission is to empower you to become the healthiest, happiest, and most vibrant version of yourself. I believe in the power of holistic health and that true well-being comes from addressing the root causes of health concerns, not just the symptoms.

​

With a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sport Studies (BSc) and a Master’s in Nutritional Therapy (MSc) from the University of Worcester, UK, I’ve been working with clients since 2014 to help them restore balance and vitality. Currently, I’m furthering my knowledge with a PhD in Holistic Natural Health and Nutrition.

In my practice, I use evidence-based research and the Functional Medicine Model to provide personalised, client-centered care. This approach helps uncover the underlying factors affecting your health and guides us in creating a path to long-lasting healing.

I have also expanded my knowledge through additional courses in Mindful Nutrition, Body Healing Coaching, Advanced Ayurveda, and Plant-Based Nutrition at the T. Colin Campbell Center (China Study). Over the years, I have had the privilege of collaborating with other practitioners and presenting at seminars.

I’m endlessly fascinated by how the body works and how lifestyle and nutrition can affect its functionality. I truly believe that holistic health—encompassing both physical and mental well-being—holds the key to wellness, energy, vitality, and an overall better quality of life.

​

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen, creating healthy and delicious recipes, exercising, caring for my plants, and playing with my son. I also enjoy designing helpful resources and writing articles for my wellness blog.

My mission is to inspire, empower, educate, and shift your mindset around food, physical activity, health, and happiness.
