Dry-brushing or dry massage is a traditional Ayurvedic technique of self care.
It is used to stimulate, reinvigorate and detoxify the skin and lymphatic system. For me, it has been a part of my daily routine for over 10 years now and I can not recommended more. I love spending 5 mins every morning, before showering, to dry-brush my whole body. Dry brushing is a wonderful way to show some love to your skin, and believe me it loves you back.

Applying slightly firm pressure, start from the feet and move in long circular motions, in the direction toward the heart, covering the whole body.
It is important to make sure your skin is completely dry before starting.
It is normal for the skin to turn slightly pink.
