Oat cookies with raspberries

Plant Based, Gluten Free, Sugar Free and Fat Free cookies

These healthy oat cookies with a burst of fresh raspberries are not only easy to make but also packed with wholesome goodness. Perfect for a quick snack or a guilt-free treat!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 2 apples, grated

  • Fresh raspberries (for topping)


Directions:

  1. Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the oats, mashed bananas, and grated apples. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed.

  2. Form the Cookies: Use your hands to shape the mixture into small cookie-sized rounds. Gently press your finger in the middle of each to create a small indentation.

  3. Bake: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cookies on it. Bake in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for 25–30 minutes, or until the cookies are golden and firm.

  4. Top with Raspberries: Once the cookies have cooled slightly, place a raspberry in the center of each cookie for a pop of color and flavor.

  5. Enjoy: Let them cool completely, and enjoy these tasty, nutritious treats!
