Easy, Quick and Delicious Energy Balls

- No Bake, Gluten Free, Fat Free and Plant Based

These sweet, no bake treats take minutes to throw together and are filled with good-for-you ingredients.

They are so crunchy and delicious. Make as breakfast bites for the whole week! Enjoy them as a quick snack on the go or use as a pre/post workout booster!

You can store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup activated buckwheat

  • 1/3 cup pitted medjool dates

  • 2 tablespoons of Grade A Maple Syrup (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon Powder

  • 1 tablespoon Carob Powder

  • 2 tablespoons of water

Directions:

  1. Simply add all of the ingredients in a food processor or a high speed blender and blend on high till well combine.

  2. Place the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes to chill. Once the dough has chilled, bring the dough out of the fridge and roll into balls. It’s that easy!

Tip:

Press dough into a parchment-lined baking sheet and cut into bars as an alternative to balls.
