The healthiest Banana Bread

Fat Free, Gluten Free, Plant Based, Delicious Banana Bread


What you will need:

- A spatula

- Measuring spoons

- Measuring cups

- A Whisk

- A bowl


Ingredients:

  • 3 large or 4 small ripe bananas (not fermented)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla bean powder or 1 tsp of non-alcoholic vanilla extract

  • 1 apple blended or 1/4 cup water

  • 1 tbsp Carob powder (optional)

  • 1 and 3/4 cup gluten free Oat flour (or blended GF oats)

  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp of baking powder


Optional adds in:

  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup berries of your choice (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

  • 1/3 cup raisins


Distractions:

1. Mash bananas using a fork

2. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well

4. Bake for 50 minutes to an hour. Check in with a fork and if it comes out clean it's done.
